Our role is a life value presenter, always taking on the challenge of creating new value

LUMINE has long been a special place that is loved by our customers. We will continue to value the reasons why LUMINE is loved and provide value that shines timelessly.

Our management philosophy is to serve as “the Life Value Presenter” that sees beyond our customers’ thoughts to satisfy them in ways that exceed their expectations. This means that in order to build a deep relationship of trust with our customers, we must constantly refine our sensitivities and provide services that exceed their expectations while also being relatable to them. Our greatest joy is adding some sparkle to our customers’ lives by offering them experiences that bring them a sense of excitement and joy.

These days, society is changing at an unprecedented pace. We at LUMINE believe that we should not merely accept these changes, but push ourselves to create value by looking beyond them. Addressing societal and global issues is a part of this effort. It is also our mission and responsibility to create value that future generations can be proud of, with an eye toward a sustainable future. And we will create hopes and dreams for a prosperous future that will carry on for the next 100 years.

These efforts are not something that can be achieved by us at LUMINE all on our own. We will work together with our shops and other stakeholders, which serve as the contact point with our customers, and those handling manufacturing that demonstrate creativity, as well as the local communities with whom we grow together, to utilize the power of open innovation to create new value. Together with our partners who are paving the way to the future, we are striving to create emotional value and further deepen the bonds we have with our customers.

Moving forward, we will continue to collaborate with our customers and partners to shape the future and create new value that we can proudly present to the world.

LUMINE has obtained Platinum Kurumin Certification from the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare for the 2024 fiscal year, earning recognition as a childcare-supporting company that has made further efforts to promote a healthy work-life balance among those already certified with the Kurumin mark.
